Job Description

Our Operational Manager is responsible for the overall operations of our business. You will do the thinking about how to streamline and better manage the business. You will be responsible for a range of activities including deploying various softwares, as well as optimizing and automating our workflows. You should be rock-solid in operations and project management, with proven experience at a high-growth company. While you may not be able to write software, you should be highly technical, including configuration.


  • Lead our operations strategy

  • Deploy softwares for our workforce

  • Responsible for project management

  • Build strong processes and systems

  • Provide operational support to our workforce, including improving worker experience

  • Support company expansion


  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Rock-solid in operations, preferably at a management level

  • Can deploy software

  • Prior experience at a high-growth company, preferably a startup

  • Passionate about the mission of this business

  • Experience leading a strong team

  • Eager to learn
