Our team employed LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a powerful tool for identifying potential candidates, which resulted in targeted searches based on diversity criteria, educational background, and location, streamlining the candidate sourcing process. To organize and manage the candidate data efficiently, Google Sheets was used along with Google searches to expand the pool of potential candidates. This broader search approach also helped identify candidates who might not use LinkedIn actively.
