How AI is Revolutionising Manufacturing Industries- Anna-Katrina Shedletsky

 

In this session, we have Anna-Katrina Shedletsky, CEO & Founder of Instrumental, a manufacturing optimization system. She talks about the importance of diversity in the workplace, and how AI can help innovate the manufacturing industry. She also shares her journey of how she went from being a product designer at Apple to founding her own company.

 

 

AI: The Future of Talent Acquisition- Joanna (Jo) Riley

In this session, we have Joanna Riley, CEO of Censia, an AI-powered talent intelligence firm based in San Francisco, CA. She shares her early struggles with dyslexia, and how it helped her become a better entrepreneur. She then talks about the importance of creating unbiased AI talent acquisition systems and navigating the AI space as a female CEO.

 

 

Independence and Priorities- Maren Kate Donovan

For this session, we have Maren Kate Donovan, Founder of Avra Talent, a talent acquisition service. She takes us through her journey of dropping out of high school and starting a blog, how she headed a virtual assistant outsourcing startup and how that ultimately led her to found Avra Talent. She also discusses the future of remote work and how she prioritizes her goals.

 

 

Becoming a Data Engineer- Amn Rahman

In this session, Senior Data Engineer Amn Rahman shares the story of how she became a Data Engineer and landed her dream job at Docker. She talks about she got into MIT, being one of the first Muslims at her workplace, and how she bridged learning gaps througout her career.
