Secondly, it provides a dedicated "Reports" section, allowing its users to generate custom reports based on the specific provided requirements, including calls reporting and services or technician-based revenue analysis.

The Daily reports include Revenue reports, Sales tech daily reports, Marketing CSR reports, CSR calling reports, and customer funnel performance. Weekly reports include the manager dashboard, campaign summary tracker/CAMP digital, measuring phone answer rate, google reviews, cancellation report, updating job run, and IB/OB spiff report. The monthly report includes the KPI Finance report.
