How do I pick what plan is best for me?
Our plans are designed to scale with your needs. The more you outsource, the more you save, with pricing decreasing as your utilization increases.
Pay As You Go Plan: Ideal for trying out our services with no long-term commitment. This option lets you experience what it’s like to work with our team on an as-needed basis.
Starter Plan: Best for small organizations with occasional, ad hoc requests. This monthly subscription covers tasks like email campaigns or smaller list-building requests, deployed on a weekly basis.
Lean Plan: Tailored for organizations with consistent but smaller-scale needs. Typical use cases include data cleaning, regular list building (e.g., 800 contacts), candidate sourcing (e.g., 400 contacts), or vendor reconciliation.
Business Plan: Perfect for organizations with growing requirements, such as building a light annotation team of part-time linguists/annotators, outsourcing lead generation with bespoke outreach, establishing recurring recruiting capacity, or creating a bookkeeping team to support small organizations.
Scale Plan: Designed for organizations ready to fully outsource specific activities with dedicated capacity. This plan is ideal for businesses looking for highly qualified workers to function as seamless extensions of their team over longer periods. Most of our annotation services, with teams of 5 to 10 part-time linguists/annotators, fall under this plan.
Enterprise Basic Plan: Best for large users committing to fewer than 1,000 hours. This plan supports organizations that require consistent, dedicated resources for projects like large-scale annotation, continuous lead generation, or ongoing CRM data enrichment.
Enterprise Plus Plan: Designed for heavy users needing close to 1,000 hours of dedicated resources. This plan is ideal for organizations requiring a full-scale, integrated team to support long-term projects, data operations, or high-volume workflows.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds due to the labor costs associated with your subscription. All hours and services are tied to your subscription period.
How do I change my plan? What happens if I do not use my credits?
You can adjust your plan at any time; however, we require a 30-day advance notice to process any changes. This ensures that our team has sufficient time to accommodate your request and reallocate our Odettian resources to other projects. Unused credits roll over for one additional 30-day period, allowing you up to 60 days to use hours from your subscription cycle. To adjust your plan, please email accounting@odetta.ai, and our payments team will assist you.
Must I have a subscription?
Subscriptions are our primary offering, with all plans billed monthly. If you prefer a non-subscription option, we offer Pay As You Go to test us out. For longer engagements (multi-month or annual), please contact your Account Manager to explore custom terms.
How does invoicing work?
We bill on the 5th of each month for the prior month’s services. If you are on a subscription, payment will be requested at the beginning of the month before services start. Please note that all subscriptions are monthly and begin on the 1st of the month to align with our 5th invoicing cycle. You can pay via ACH or credit card; credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.
