How do I pick what plan is best for me?
The more you outsource the more you save, so our pricing decreases as your utilization increases by plan type.
Starter Plan is our pay as you go option where you can get a sense of what it is like to work with our team.
Flex Plan is designed for small organizations with weekly, ad hoc requests that can be purchased in a monthly subscription and deployed weekly. Typical types of work include email campaigns and smaller list building requests.
Lean Plan is designed for organizations with requests typically for smaller data cleaning work, regular list building (e.g., 800 contacts), candidate sourcing (e.g., 400 contacts), and vendor reconciliation requests.
Business Plan is designed for organizations with more substantial needs looking to (i) build a lite annotation team of part-time linguistics/annotators, (ii) outsource lead generation requiring more bespoke outreach and follow-up, (ii) build out recurring recruiting capacity with bespoke outreach and follow-up to prospective job candidates or (iv) build a book-keeping team to sustain a small organization.
Scale Plan is designed for organizations that are looking to fully outsource activities and want dedicated capacity by highly qualified workers who become extensions of their team over longer periods of time. Most of our annotation falls under Scale Plans with teams of 5 to 10 part-time linguists/annotators on our most attractive pricing.

What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds due to having labor costs.
How do I change my plan? What happens if I do not use my credits?
You can adjust your plan at any time. Email payments@odetta.ai and our payments team will adjust this for you.
