We at Odetta are excited about the possibilities that AI is bringing to data and business operations. While we have been involved in AI since day 1 because of our projects in machine learning, we are keeping up with the changes by dedicating teams to explore how we can integrate AI into our workflows.
The recent developments of AI are allowing us to transition from humans solely performing tasks to humans curating and overseeing the work. We are exploring the potential of AI agents for task delegation, chatbots for data generation, and human workforces for judgment and quality control purposes.
We are upskilling our Odettians to become AI-natives. Our Project Leads are our Prompt Engineers, taking on the responsibility of crafting effective prompts and mastering the intricacies of each model. Our investment in prompt engineering reveals the direct correlation between the effectiveness of AI and the quality of our prompts.

We've chosen Pictory and Synthesia as our top selection for video tools, with their diverse features and potential to become our brand voice. Gamma and Tome have played a vital role in determining our Deck's branding. Thanks to Jasper, Copy.ai, and ChatGPT, content writing has never been easier for us. These writing assistants have truly transformed our workflow. Our project leads have saved countless hours by using Scribe helping us create detailed instructions for our teams, supplemented with Loom tutorial videos for clarity. Zapier has always been our go-to automation tool, but the Zapier GPT plugin has taken automation for our Airtable systems and processes to a whole new level. Moreover, our team is exploring Google Labs' "building blocks" feature for meeting notes and documentation. We're excited about the learning curve this will bring.
