From Strategy to Manifestation: Creating 2025✨
Dear Reader,
I used to strategize; now I manifest.
In my early thirties, I started taking annual resolutions very seriously. I followed Tim Ferriss’s retrospective approach, reviewing each week of the past year to identify highlights and lowlights based on my calendar and memories. From this, I made lists of what I wanted to do more of and less of in the year ahead.
One year, I realized I didn’t like my city—and I moved two months later. Another year, I noticed that in-person conferences no longer served me, so I stopped attending them. Looking back, I’m proud of that version of myself—so diligently reflecting and strategizing, always learning and growing.
But setting intentions can be even more powerful.
After spending ten days at Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditation retreat, I learned how to manifest. In truth, I’ve been manifesting all along—Odetta is my truest creation—but I hadn’t realized how to do it consciously. Now, I incorporate manifestation into my resolution-setting process. I start by experiencing my resolutions as if they’ve already happened. I begin by imagining my resolutions as already fulfilled, feeling the gratitude and elevated emotions of each milestone. Through daily meditation and prayer, I live these moments before they become reality.
As I step into 2025, I am embracing abundance in all forms—writing my book about the entrepreneurial and spiritual journey of building Odetta, fulfilling my long-time dream of giving a TED Talk, and anchoring a new paradigm at Odetta where trust, fairness, and healing shape our culture. More than ever, we at Odetta feel called to wield power differently—to uplift rather than dominate, to lead with integrity, connection, and purpose.
My North Star is my commitment to breaking free from outdated models of power, leading with intention, and weaving new relationships that uplift and honor feminine strength. We are harnessing this energy—its wisdom, collaboration, and resilience—to build something that sustains and elevates us all. This shift is already happening, and I am grateful to be living it.
Many are feeling uncertainty, frustration, and grief as we navigate a world that is shifting in profound ways. But I also know that transformation is always born in times of upheaval. This is when we choose—individually and collectively—who we want to become.
At Odetta, we are collectively manifesting the biggest contracts we’ve ever had, knowing that each one means more extraordinary women hired and more lives changed. This isn’t just about growth—it’s about demonstrating that intentional business led by conscious leaders can be a beacon of hope.
The idea is simple: when you believe, you start to behave like someone living that life, and eventually, you become it.
Warmly,
Katharine

Use Case: Preparing Company Knowledge Bases for Chatbot Training
We partnered with a client to transform their Zendesk knowledge base into a robust resource for training their customer service chatbot. The project began with a comprehensive audit, identifying content gaps, eliminating redundancies, and resolving inconsistencies. We recategorized help center articles to create a more logical structure, guided by customer feedback and preferences to ensure clarity, accuracy, and user-centric content. Once streamlined, the articles were restructured and tagged for AI compatibility, with labels added to enhance searchability and reusable content blocks strategically tagged for integration across multiple categories. This holistic approach elevated the knowledge base’s quality and usability, enabling the deployment of a high-performing chatbot. The results included more efficient customer support, simplified content management, and a measurable improvement in customer satisfaction.
Book of the Month: What I Learned from My Heroes
Maggie Doyne’s Between the Mountain and the Sky is a testament to the power of seeing another human’s suffering and choosing to act. As a teenager, she set off to travel the world, but it was in Nepal that everything changed—when she met a young girl sifting through trash and realized she couldn’t walk away. With her babysitting savings, she built a home and a school, eventually becoming a mother to over 50 children and educating hundreds more. What struck me most was her willingness to go deeper—to follow the unknown, even when there was no clear roadmap. She writes, “I’m not the first white girl to cross an ocean with a backpack to try to find herself on (well, near) a mountain. I read Eat, Pray, Love, and I read it hard. I didn’t leave home to save the world. I just left to see it, to know it—maybe to know and see myself. But maybe seeing yourself is how these things begin.”
Her book renewed my sense of purpose: that change isn’t about saving the world but about investing in people, one by one. As Maggie writes, “But still, there are girls breaking rocks in the river. Still, there are girls who never get to belong to themselves. Still, there are girls who believe they’re invisible. I can’t unsee them.” Like Maggie, a lot of people ask me: why do you do all this for women you don’t know, in a different part of the world? And I always find myself stammering out the same response: Because I have seen it, I can’t ignore it. And if there’s a chance I can change it, I have to try. And like Maggie, I used to mourn the life I could have chosen—one of ease and convention—but I find myself drawn ever deeper into the path that feels true. Perhaps that’s why her words resonate so deeply. They remind me that sometimes, the most radical thing we can do is simply refuse to look away.
Odettian Quote
“Odetta has already done so much for me and my family. There was a time in my life when I had to start from zero, feeling as though I had nothing. And yet, Odetta was there to embrace me and help me stand on my feet. The support and love I received was beyond what I could have imagined.🥹
I am truly grateful for all that Odetta has brought into my life and continue to be inspired by how we can grow and do more for each other. Thank you for sharing your heart and for being a part of this journey with me.🥰🥰”
