Our mission is to give you back your time while providing work & community to highly educated women globally.
One day we realized that the magic of what we do is in the way we do work, not the type of work we do. And then began the expansion of our service offering and the build of our SaaS platform where our clients can submit projects that then get budgeted, assigned, quality checked and delivered back with exceptional quality and speed. Projects are any type of digital work task within most business functions where you can write a reasonable set of instructions. The primary reason our clients shift to us from Upwork is to save time, as we handle recruitment, project oversight, quality assurance and delivery at similar rates. Odetta was born out of a simple insight. There are millions of superstar educated women, especially in developing economies, not working today due to constraints that can be solved smartly with technology. The most significant constraints faced by women who do not work are location, time and work culture. The key to unlocking this talent is facilitating flexible asynchronous remote work. Odetta has built a remote engagement tech platform that delivers flexible work at scale to superstar women in developing economies.
